The trainer will be providing direct instruction in the form of a guided demonstration of the way and manner one many maneuver the Khan's Academy website most effectively. The trainer will provide clear and direct instruction as to the benefits, support(s) available, and value of participation in the demonstration.
Next, the trainer will guide and assist in interactive instruction as the participants work independently to demonstrate knowledge of the various facets of the program as they have been demonstrated. The participants will be guided in a fictional - sample class to exemplify their comprehension of what they have been taught.
There shall be questions & answers allowed and encouraged throughout the demonstration period. There will be an assessment following the guided session, to determine the effectiveness of the presentation and training.
